That is an interesting piece of news John. Let's see if Wall Street treats it like a welcome piece of news. It looks good to me. Have you ever noticed that when a company announces that it will buy a publicly traded company, the acquiring company's stock price falls---but when a company announces that it will buy a privately held company, the acquiring company's stock price rises? I am anxious to see if this holds true today. Anyway, Genrad certainly telegraphed their intentions last week when they cancelled their share buyback program. Yours, Marantz
