That may be a bit clumsy but nowhere in there does it say that any belief system should be based on anything of relative certainty nor is that even implied. There are an infinity of beliefs and if you don't have a basis which makes them at least probable they aren't worth spit. Most of the world's religions aren't worth spit since they're based on fabrications and absurdities which are explained away as metaphor when they are shown to be absurd. These are the same absurd notions which allow tens of thousand, even millions to be summarily slaughtered in the name of this cult or that. It's the really big cults which are most dangerous, IMO, and they've proven that over the millennia.
