Is there a way to get tomorrow's newspaper... today? I'm still trying to do it. Imagine, getting next Saturday's paper on Monday morning......you'd only have to do it once..... ;-)In a more serious note, the bottom line boils down to the merger going smoothly, qualifying for NASDAQ, (is that a 3 - 6 month process ? or?) Meanwhile, if ICS can begin showing some strong revenues/contracts, which with the marketing presence of Annasoft there is no reason why not, then the current price of ICS begins to be quite attractive. With such combination, I believe that ICS has leaped ahead in the process of getting a full NASDAQ listing. I understand also that to qualify for NASDAQ, one of the various factors to qualify is the value of the stock. It needs to be $5.00 US or more. Are you sure you're you talking and not me talking - Z you seem to have the very same perspective as I. I think the NASDAQ price is US$3.00 but I'm sure someone reading this can clarify.I wonder if ICS would be capable to do that, and better yet, I am sure that the head chiefs of Intrinsyc and Annasoft have considered such daring thought! The real question becomes... Will the market agree? With where the embedded industry is headed and its requirements for full service companies providing tool, applications, system design services along with extensive sales and distribution channels, ICS is well positioned to take advantage of the coming explosion. In addition, it is interesting that Annasoft, a privately run company that as far as it can be seen has been managed efficiently, became the largest distributor of MSFT operating systems to the embedded computer industry. Merging with Intrinsyc, and KEEPING the name Intrinsyc!, means in my eyes that ICS is bringing something of great value to the table, that the market only has appreciated in part. For now...From the "letter from our president" (last paragraph") in the Annasoft web page: ---------------------------copy starts------------------------- Annasoft Systems has a long-standing and enduring partnership with Microsoft to enable and expand the embedded marketplace for Microsoft operating systems. We have also established relationships with the major semiconductor suppliers supporting Windows CE, including AMD, Hitachi, Intel, Motorola, NEC and Philips. With our relationships, we can provide you with the consulting services you need to support your product development strategies now and in the future. Sincerely, Richard C. Eppel President ------------------------end of copy------------------------------ The full text of the letter: annasoft.com I do not want to sound as if I am exaggerating, but things are beginning to look as if Inrtrinsyc is really maturing into a valuable investment. Otherwise, why would Annasoft had agreed to the merger? I wonder where have I heard of Microsoft..... related to billions of $$ in value may be?.... You're freakin' me out there Z - you can see the light!! ciao Bill
