What is the reason that Ancor is trying make takeover and merge difficult? Unless the management is 100% confident that they are capable of pushing this FC market by itself, otherwise, I rather see some combined efforts from a bigger force. Ancor seems too small to push the FC market. I guess their strategy is just to buy some time and wait for the market to be developed by other forces. But it would be nice if they can catch a few shrimps like what Brocade did recently. I believe that the bigger forces will step in when there are big fishes around. Ancor may be forced to share their big fishes.
