I hear alot of investors commenting on how they would be happy if GLOW
has 1/2 the expected earnings of $.50 per share. I think that if they stand firmly behind their estimate of $.50 a share, that is what the earnings should be or an explanation is in order of the shortfall. BTW, when do first quarter earnings come out? Also, does anyone know the time and place of the shareholder meeting? I would like to attend as I live in Minneapolis.

Hi Brad,

I talked to the company again, spoke to Alyssa (not sure of spelling).
I was not overly impressed by her knowledge. She was stumped on several easy questions eg. COULD YOU TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT THE
MANAGERIAL CONSULTING SERVICES?? (it drew a blank, almost as if she never heard of it). Also she did not have an air of confidence in
responding to any of my questions. I still believe in the stock, and
I still have a VERY LARGE position. Not a good day yesterday, until we
get some news I see it drifting down, too bad I got in when I did.
I am hoping to bolster my confidence by hopefully talking directly to
the CEO.

I want to ask:

1) are there any revenues for 1997
2) Casino name in Canada who hired their services
3) Internet license revenues, when can we see these
start happening
4) How can I contact ECS, WOLF KEY and others to
hear their side
5) As CEO what other companies has he worked for etc
6) Auditors name
7) Why would he have someone working in investor
relations with so little knowledge of company
8) Approx. when ECS deal to be announced
9) where is the money coming from to finance the
ECS project expansion
10) I want to contact companies who are licensing
internet software
11) Do they now have the technology to process
credit cards or is it something they are
shopping for

If anyone has any more questions post them I will try to ask them.

I hope very much this is for real, and that I didn't make a big
BooBoo (My wife will kill me)
