Moot, your careful speech does not make you right.

"Asensio is very careful with his facts" Are you for real?

The man is one step below a five and dime shoplifter. An out and
out liar for profit.

"If Crystallex already has these rights what is the point of an
appeal?"

First boy genius IT IS NOT AN APPEAL. It is a suit to get its titular
rights enforced, the deep mining rights affirmed and Minca, CVG, and
Dome kicked off the claims by CSJ order.

"He may take them out of context, present them in a manner designed
to suit his own purposes, and use facts that have subsequently been
superseded but I have yet to come across an outright falsehood in
his statements. "

Well that above statement is the best laugh I have had in a long
time. Whew! "He lies, but not so much that he gets his feet stuck
in it."

Well, look again, there are "outright falsehoods in his statements"

Yeah brother, believe it. He is a phony puke of a juvenile con artist
and cheap penny ante slickster and a lying son of a bitch. Not to
mention a clever thief.

"With respect to the latter, I am at a complete loss to understand
why you might think that I don't believe the CSJ is considering 11
motions to annul certain resolutions by the MEM concerning LC 4 & 6."

Because there is no partial admission of motions in Venezuelan Law.
They are considering all 11 motions. Anything else is a LIE BY DOME
MINES. Oops, excuse me. Got carried away. Also the motions are not
to annul resolutions by the MEM. What resolutions? The MEM was ordered
by the same Supreme court to GAZETTE THE OWNERSHIP OF THE CLAIMS IN
CRYSTALLEX'S NAME. THE MOTIONS ARE TO SECURE OWNERSHIP OF THE MINING
RIGHTS IN A DEFINITIVE STATEMENT BY THE CSJ.

Ok, sit on your N. ON. fence. OR go with Hoet Linares, Crystallex's
Venezuelan lawyer. WHO HAS NEVER LOST A SUPREME COURT CASE IN 19
YEARS.

HE IS STAKING HIS LEGAL REPUTATION (by a public bet)ON WINNING THIS
ONE. THAT IS A COMPLEXITY YOU CAN REALLY WONDER ABOUT.
