There's got to be a way to keep this unit running despite the depressed prices. Won't the process at least make the break even point at these prices, even at 250 gal/hr rate? If not then, I can see no point in the existence of the processor, building one at a 250 rate at all. You limited partners have 50% ownership and should have a 50% voice in the decision making process to keep it running or shut it down. You must determine the consequences of either. Remember that B.C. is no longer sole owner of this processor. You are owners, not just shareholders.
