Mark and all,
Is it possible that one of ATF's problems may be with their marketing themselves?"If you build a better mousetrap, people will beat a path to your door" IMHO if you build a better mousetrap people have to be told you have it first. There are comparable systems out there and we have on this thread compared alot of them.No doubt about it,ATF has a product that is relatively cost efficient(especially in semi-industrialized and indutrialized countries) for conversions of existing vehicles. It is a timely product that will aid in the eventual reduction of harmful greenhouse gases.I feel it may be a product that can with some degree of marketing, be applied to new vehicle production and this may be an area ATF may want to pursue further.
We also know that ATF is a "here and now" product for late model conversions and cannot be reasonably compared to Ballard as they are basically conceptual at present and a number of years from market on a grand scale. The principals of ATF are timely, cost effective, and JV's with major engine builders is wonderful.I feel until they(ATF) are able to secure a contract with mass appeal or announce a contract that enhances long term viability, a period of extreme volatility will remain.
Waiting for the next great news.

Good luck all,
Regards Doug J
