I have been following the plight of ADOT since I acquired a position a little over a year ago. My question, to anyone who may be able to help me out is, Is ADOT a reporting issuer ? (ie do they file there appropriate disclosure with the SEC). When I bought my shares I assumed that all public companies, like in Canada, filed with the appropriate securities commissions. Call me a naive Canadian, but at the time I was unaware that a company could trade on any public market and not report. If they are not a reporting issuer, are they planning to file with the SEC in the near future? If not, what faith can we put into managements representations no matter how well they respond ? I apologize if these issues are irrelevant or have already been discussed, however I would appreciate some help on these matters Thanks
