>Again, I say I don't care who signs the checks.

I cannot believe I am hearing you say this. You make it sound as if signing the checks is just an act that anyone can do, that it doesnt have any effect on day-to-day operations. If hayton signs the checks, that means he has the ULTIMATE say so in this company, no matter how many shiny new CEOs they hire.

And if hayton is in control, then NETZ is a scam. Every previous company hayton has touched has turned out to be a scam that lost investors money. That's just historical record, nothing open to dispute.

Do they have the financing and do they have the management skills.

That point is irrelevant if they can't get money! And if the management wants to go in a certain direction, without the money to get them there, it's pointless. That's like saying my father is irrelevant in the workings of Almus & Lee Communications; My mom is the CEO, but she doesn't sign the checks. If my dad feels strongly about a move(although he's not the expert), he won't allow it to happen.

across-nh.com
act-flexcircuit.com

Those are the ones I designed and headed up project management for. I really didn't like the ACT one, but they wanted it, so, hey...

...the customer is always right.

And I basically had a good sized role on many other websites for our clients. There's a list off of nh.com.
