What exactly is it that the BOD is bringing to the table at NOVL?

I didn't hear anything about Young. Was he there? If not, why? He's the Chairman, for God's sake!

And why does Noorda support him, and not the others? The board may be ineffectual, but Young is, at best, incompetent.
