KMT, WHL,

Call me a pessimist, but this press release sounds to me just like all the others (sidestepping the properties MDIN owns and acquiring "new" properties) What are they doing with all the other worthless property? Has anybody contacted Larry or Les and asked WHERE THE $10M CAME FROM???? Or are we supposed to assume another private investor of which we, the shareholders have no information about,,, and what is the terms of the agreement to pay the $10m back? Did they issue more shares? The press release didn't mention of another partner. I'm also very concerned about the mention of NPEC not sharing 20% of MDIN. That's one of the few assets NPEC has left. As an NPEC shareholder, this strategy IMO doesn't make sense, if those properties are so valuable. Sounds like they are ditching the company, unless MDIN is willing to part with another $100M. I'm going to fax Larry (who is president of both companies) maybe get some answers.

Cheers,
Garyb
