Very important Step has been taken: Also note from the press release: "Following the merger, the Board of Directors of Atrix would be reconstituted in a manner satisfactory to both parties, with the understanding that designees of Firamada would constitute a majority of the directors." Things are beginning to fall into place. -Myriad closing on Monday. -Could the financials be too far behind ? BCfan

To all, It sound to me as if the two companies are at peace. this was definitely a joint statement, actually with more info about Atrix than Firamada. My feeling is that Atrix put it out.
