For more insight into the technological story of the suddenly expensive DVNTF you might all want to look at the following SI threads:

Le Print Express (rumored to be a current large shareholder in DVNTF):https://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=16515

Warp 10 Technologies: Message 3831827

Gaming Lottery: Subject 14681

There is more...much more. The technique always seems to be the same. Run a legitimate printing or 'imaging' business with growth but no profits. Transform that business into a new gizmo business using the old corporate shell as a base of operations. Get financing, promote heavily, sell stock. Lather, rinse, repeat.

There were other uses of this technique, begun on a smaller scale, even prior to these three.
