I had extensive dealings with a senior office who was at UIS(a real lying as_hole) and he was forced out. Had to be a positive :) That's your most persuasive argument for me. I had a similar experience in my dealings with Read-Rite, and I will never invest in RDRT with that board. Should I hear that someone came in and kicked out especially a few certain people then my whole view would change. Evidently this happened for you with UIS, and I respect that a lot.
