A number of projects that we have been working on are finally coming to fruition. Our merger plans are coming along smoothly, as the financial statements of our merger partner are just about completed. Projections based on closure are sales in the range of $15-$20 million for 1998. Other projects include a subcontract with our minority partner Milvets, on a government contract. Should be closing in the next few weeks. This is a $5 million dollar, five year contract with expansion capabilities. Also, have been getting good response from the IT*CareerNET Information Technology internet business. Will announce some new contracts shortly. The final weeks of April and throughout May, look for a number of news releases.
