RFF, thanks for solving the mystery. It does suggest that Cisco was involved in INS pulling the plug on Bay as Bosco had inferred. It also makes me think, in part b/c of the quick response, that Cisco is paying a great deal of attention to Bay, which in itself, suggests Bay is very competitive (or possibly winning accounts?!).

Dear RFF: OH MAN, somebody was shitten and gitten when that press release came out on 4/6. Ha ha. I think its kind of funny. D. House would have never thought this one up, but Scott Mcneally might!! Guess we wont have a "relationship" with INS. JDN
