I don't get your point here Aleta. <<In other company news, Steve Lair, CEO of Zulu-tek has agreed to sit on the board of directors of ZuluMedia. Kevin R. Rogers has now assumed the role of President and CEO of ZuluMedia, Inc.>> The statement says that Lair will sit on the board of directors and Rogers will take the position of CEO. If you are saying that Zulu-tek and Zulu-media are 2 separate entities; I don't think you are correct. BB

My sociology professor in college loved to say that nothing changed but the rate of change. Either (i) the de facto 4/3 press release (the one without a ticker symbol) was a sham, or (ii) Lair is now CEO of two companies, or (iii) Lair's role as CEO, as represented in 4/3 press release has been eliminated, or (iv) the press release indirectly hinted that Lair's role was changing from that of CEO of Zulu-Tek to a Board position only, but did not squarely address the change. We would all be well-advised to get to the bottom of it, although again why waste time speculating on options A-Z? Just agree this is a significant issue and question, which we all want to resolve asap?.
