Speaking of SAP reminded me of something I heard about BAAN. Has anyone heard that they are planning to move their entire worldwide corporate headquarters to their U.S. headquarters in Virginia. I just heard this last week and wonder if there's any truth to it. I didn't go to the sap link yet but that brings up another interesting point. I wonder if there is a requirement to report under GAAP if you are listed on a U.S. exchange? That goes back to the discussion we had a while ago about BAAN and their accounting policies. It would seem to me that BAAN would have to be reporting under U.S. GAAP also. Well, it's for certain if they become a U.S. corporation. Melissa Melissa
