Ken,

Would I be wrong in saying that you do not like the current management of Cirrus...? Granted you or I do not know how to run Cirrus, but Mr. Arslan hasn't proposed anything to my knowledge of a new way to run the company... he just feels that they aren't doing a good job (like many of us)...I mean, how excusable is it to have your stock sitting in the same place as last year at this time after a restructuring, losing design wins (SEG), no buyback of shares, absolutely zero analyst support, need i go on? With all due respect Ken, this company needs a new management to put the "paddles" to Cirrus and bring this company back to life....

sorry if i am stepping on your toes but I just don't think the current management structure is going to "make it happen"....and if a webpage can stir this much excitement between the Silicon Board, and Yahoo, then maybe Mr. Arslan has done something right besides just post information or commentary in the end (encouraging alot of conversation among us shareholders in a very civilized way--comapred to some other boards I have seen)....granted, Teo is holding the ACES....

Sorry that I lumped you in with Ted Quinn but you seemed to be "posting buddies". My apologies for that.

As far as Arslan goes, I suggest that you should read his analysis if you have not already. I thought it was very extensive and well thought out and gee....it was free. As for his "holy war" let's see what transpires.

To whom it matters, WSJ reported yesterday that Mr. Teo accumulated 173,000 more shares of ABN. He is on the Board of Dir. Just info...no more.
