Turkey: Here is a recap of the FACTS related to the Grolier, ADAM, and Lego products.

All together these product lines comprise less than 6% of the revenues budgeted by Mindscape prior to its acquisition by TLC. Since these products are not entirely owned by Mindscape (TLC), their margins are low and the shelf space they consume might be better used by other TLC products. For this reason, some or all of these products might be discontinued by TLC AFTER the Christmas sales season this year. These issues were throughly understood while the Mindscape acquisition was being negotiated.

To be conservative, TLC has steered the Street to anticipate 1998 revenues from Mindscape of only 60% of those internally budgeted by Mindscape. This leaves plenty of room for upside surprises. ***** Pleasant dreams!
