Is that over the phone automated or with a broker. Curious because I spent 55 mins. on hold with Suretrade trying to get an answer. I sent 3 emails with no response from their support address. He gave me some tips for the subject line. Number 4 went unanswered too!

My trades go fine. If it wasn't for pennies and lack of (or need for) support I'm sure I'd be very happy. Confirmations take a while, 2-4 hrs. but I've heard of worse.

Jeff

This is a response I recieved from a friend on another thread:

<You're right about the decimals...I've actually been able to get fills (not necessarily trades on XXXX) with limits similar to .0915.

Also, if you trade several blocks, i.e. buy the same security in blocks of 5,000-5,000-4,000, on the same day, you only get charged the ONE commission of 19.75 (for the limit order)!

In their account agreement, they specifically print out that such a one-commission situation won't occur, and that you would be charged for each transaction, but I've done it several times, and I've never seen any sort of "adjustment" to my accounts!>

I don't know if he was talking about online or not. I'll check. I also sent an email to NDB. We'll see if they answer!

Jeff
