That I have been assured by Ross Lewis, P, Eng., the company's engineer and verily believe that the document that have been delivered to the Plaintiff's are all of the standard certified engineering specifications, including drawings regarding thermophilic plants that have been prepared for Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. and Thermo Tech Waste Systems Inc. and verily believe there are no other documents, specifications or drawings that fall within the scope of the Order of Mr. Justice Cohen that have not now been delivered to the Plaintiffs. SEC FILLING AND YET???? <The Company has established itself in an important "niche" within the waste management and recycling field. The Company is ready to commence full-scale development of its Thermo Master plants for the waste management industry. Engineering design deficiencies have been corrected from previous plants to produce a new design package for its current generation of Thermo Master plant. Dick Engineering of Toronto, Ontario, has worked with the Company for more that a year to ensure these goals were achieved. Dick has participated in the review/retrofit program for existing plants and delivered a complete set of design drawings for the new generation Thermo Master plant.
