I agree with you Perry; I think we are very close to the bottom. What's 1/2 point of downside when you have 10 points of upside? It's difficult to pick the absolute bottom in any stock but I'm comfortable holding IRF because I think it's much closer to the bottom of its trading range than the top.

There was a lot of volume today and plenty of blocks on both sides of the market with very little downward movement. The money flow was very bad again but big buyers are still out there and they are buying a lot of stock on down ticks. If big buyers weren't out there, IRF would have tanked big time given the amount of selling going on. Remember, Gruntal still has a buy rating on IRF and they could be the one's buying a lot of it. I'm not trying to persuade anybody to buy this stock because obviously I could be wrong. I'm simply sharing my observations, and based on what I see, IRF is a very good buy right now.
