Slap a few more bandaids on those wounds and stop moaning, will you? By the way, all the restaurants that ignore their employee's welfare comletely are owned by Randians, far as I can tell. You would get along fabulously with them. I can't imagine you complaining about the setup - restaurants being the single most free enterprise part of the economy. The waiters get rewarded with extra pay for good service (unless you're there), there are zero subsidies, and they hire anybody who can do the job, green card or not. I'm surprised you're not in that business. Hint - if you go back too many times and don't tip, they spit in the salad. Cheers, Chaz
