To all, Below are links to information about Thayer Capital, the money behind the merger of IQI and ATCT: 1. thayercapital.com This is a link to their home page. It tells a little about their investing philosophy, their recent acquisitions, and has a biographical sketch on new CEO McNeely. 2. sagus.com This link describes an acquisition that Thayer made of a software developer. 3. marriott.com This link describes Thayer's involvement in Marriott's acquisition of the Ritz-Carlton hotels.
