gregor, jane, kenneth, everybody - thank you so very much for your beautiful prayers. They have really touched our hearts. We DO believe that we will eventually be granted a family in some form or another. We have prayed hard and have FAITH! In fact, we are hoping for a little girl that we will name Faith. Your thoughts, kindness, and PRAYERS are very much appreciated. Praise God for such a warm and loving place here on SI. Grant, I too was a "frat rat." I understand what you have dealt with. Jane is indeed right, though. I found believers in the most unlikely places once I identified myself as such. I too, however, was then caught up in additional studies followed by being "too busy" because of my various entrepreneurial pursuits. When I finally made more time for the Lord I met somebody at a singles function at, yes, church! She is now my loving wife. I pray that you will stay true to Our Lord and will find happiness with a companion that also puts God at the center of her life. It is very true that successful marriages are actually relationships with three people in them - God, Husband & Wife. Also, remember that Jesus came to us sinners. Your role as a good man amongst sinners is exactly where God wants you. Be a good witness! Thank You Jesus for this forum. We know that praise to You is detestable to satan and that he will therefore try to enter here. I pray that You give us the strength and words to ward off his advances. Thanks Ken, for your email. We agree with you whole-heartedly. We have much love to give. Lisa (in her role as a kindergarten teacher) freely gives her love to the children of others on a daily basis. She'd love to take the whole class home with her every night if she could. We also sponsor a couple of children in third-world countries and wish to help even more in need. Yes, we yearn for biological children as most do, but realize that there are many others who seek loving parents. I won't hide my desire for children from Lisa's womb, but believe that, after all, we are all brothers and sisters on this rotating orb, and therefore share each others' blood lines. We could love ANY child as our own and pray for the opportunity to pass on God's message to our future family. Thank you Tom, also, for your input in this regard also. God Bless You both!
