I guess I'm a little lost as to why so much animosity is being directed toward EXSO management and Chip. These guys do not live for the purpose of enabling us to make a quick double or triple off of their hard work. As for timely day-to-day investor relations, ask yourself which you would rather have: daily press releases or the $100,000 in profits it costs (salary & benefits) to pay someone to answer the phones and issue press releases. I'd rather see the $100,000 additional profits.

Chip has communicated to us his prognosis of EXSO's prospects in Feb and March. We all knew 7-7 was a problem, but he said it was not a drain on EXSO. He was not in control of the bank's forclosure; it almost seems like some of you are blaming him. EXSO's management is tough. Their accountants had them over a barrel and tried to rip them off. It took some doing, but EXSO management was able to convince them to see the error in their ways. So again I don't see EXSO's problems a result of current management or IR. They are still paying for previous management's actions.

Chip told us he did not see EXSO making a quick recovery. He felt it would take another 6 - 12 months for their stock price to reflect the fact that they were on solid footing. Chip also said that their plan was to wait for their annual report before releasing any good news. Obviously, that plan has been delayed by events beyond their control, and I kind of wish they'd reconsider issuing something positive to balance out the negatives. Maybe we should call the company and get an update regarding the status of their annual report. I've resigned myself to the fact that I may have to wait until mid-May to see tangible evidence of how they're progressing. The good news is that it's only 6 week away. I own a stock I have to wait until August before I know if I was right or wrong. Compared to that 6 weeks doesn't seem like a long wait.

The fact that the MMs know what's going on at EXSO ahead of us is just a fact of life we have to live with. I guess all I'm trying to say I that I'm not thrilled with how this is playing out either, but don't misplace the blame on people who have demonstrated, for the most part, that they have worked hard and are doing their best. Face the fact that turning EXSO around is not 100% guaranteed, may have some bumps, and may take some time. Invest accordingly.

Regards,
Chris

Dear K A

I've been around here for awhile and agree with your reservations. Unfortunately, I'm in. I thought that after the S-3 business and the hiring of some new blood, we would make progress. I will give them until they report the qtrs results. If they fail to deliver, it may prove to be their last report! I agree with you on your suggestion that Chip leave....but for different reasons <;-)
