G'morning all - Dear Chris, you are absolutely right. A lot of people betting in the penny arcade, as Peter has put it, are interested in a quickie. In a way, we all do, but some simply don't like the idea of losing the bet. To them, the competence of mgt is tied not to the genuine performance, a lot of time under extraordinary circumstances; rather, it is how mgt can help them to hype the stock. You know, the likes of BRE-X and Rxxx [no intention to go to holy war with the people there <g>]

By no means trying to defend EXSO, since I know little, but it is real and trying hard [against all odds,] right now, the MMs are the dealers - and like gambling, dealers don't lose that easily. So, for investors, they should do their own DD; and for traders, make the bet and hope the dealers rig the game in their favor as the dealers go after bigger fish; for people who wives and children, it may be ok to engage penny bets for recreation, in the long run, it is better to hedge their hard earn dollars to solid investments.

I will try to justify my hard observations and thoughts on what I wrote... but before I do, I would like to objectively say that EXSO is in a good industry and by all reasoning should have a very good future, but they need to make some major changes in order to do this.

In Oct/Nov I tried to contact EXSO via phone and email, (after the delisting boon doggle.) for about 2 weeks I was just ignored, and then when I was able to talk to IR I was treated like the Village Idiot... sorry but IMO this is not the way to treat a share holder.
I bailed out at .20.

Now like I said for any intensive purposes EXSO is in a very good and very fast growing industry, so why are they floundering?
(Draw your own conclusions.)

Now since the delisting how many times have you share holders been told "uh gee it slipped up on us, or gee we just forgot about it" Now is this the shareholders fault? Or someone elses?

I am simply judging these guys from past history, the company from past history, and their stock from past history.

Yeah I am judging them hard, and just might judge them harder before I put money back into them... but I am looking at some charting, and it looks like a repeat of 1997.... and I sure hope so.

If you have a problem with me posting publically and judging these guys hard say so, I and I won't post here anymore. Because I try not pump and dump, hype, bash, trash, slam, or do cyber assinations... ( The Exso thread doesnt need that?) Reading from the past posts it looks like the shareholders are hurting bad enough, and its not their fault.

Dear Chris

I am reading your post again and I am having a hard time understanding how you could make such statements.

<these guys do not live for the purpose of enabling us to make a quil double or triple...>

I don't know if you noticed, but that crowd is gone. Most of us here are in for a little bit longer than that. I will tell you that it is their job to get us a good return on the money we have invested.

<They are still paying for previous management's actions>

Chris if you would look at all the documents in the trail, you would see that it's not all that new. The principal players are still calling the shots.

<their accountants had them over a barrel and tried to rip them off>

Chris this one is almost laughable! The net effect is the same. The accountants will be paid and the report is late! I suppose they are heros because they went threw two acounting firms in a month.

<The fact that the MM know what's going on ahaed of us....>

Chris How do you think they are getting the info? They seem to be playing us.

Regards
Dave U

Chris. How I agree with every word you said. The current management has already proved, as previous results show, that they are well able to streamline overheads and weed out the non-profitable elements of the group.

It's not something that takes 5 minutes and I firmly believe that EXSO will be a much healthier company later this year.
