Dear KA Anderson - I actually like your hard-judging attitude, if it is done right. A group without dissenters is boring at best. However, one needs to balance one's view with genuine understanding. I don't know enough to answer your questions - much less defending EXSO. However, several of your problems were covered before. Just imagine, if it is true that EXSO got wrecked with a delisting order from NAZ, and considering there were only a few individuals doing the admin works, and assuming they were busy either renegotiating debts or with NAZ for a stay of execution, it seems that some of us investors will be ignored. No, it is not a good feeling to be ignored. EXSO is in a good but highly fragmented industry. It got a brilliant idea. Consolidation! Trouble. The former mgt was too gullible to listen to its former financial advisor. Bad idea! EXSO got saddled with such a debt burden that I'd guess much of the attention in the past year was wasted in dealing with the debt issues - not how to grow the business [in a way, they are joint to the hip.] Finally, I think it is good to have critics, but preferably informed critic like yourself and sans stress out emotions. Of course, different people interact with the outside world differently. Personally, I certain think you are a valuable addition. rgds Bosco

Kevin, I have absolutely no problem with you posting publicly. In fact, I welcome any attempt to put this thread on topic !!! Your points are valid; so are Dave U.'s. Plenty of reasons at this point to be a little skeptical until they prove otherwise. But don't completely ignore management's positive actions/accomplishments when forming an opinion. Not completely trusting of EXSO's management -- check out ORCL !!! The 4th biggest company on the NASDAQ (I think). Based on the last week or so, I don't trust them either (in their dealings with the shareholding public). Regards, Chris

KAA: I am so glad that you finally are considering to get on again on this company!I told Chris the other day that there are some people or even many people are now waiting on the sideline waiting to jump in anytime. About Chip, I have to say that Chip has at least tried its best to do his VERY QUANTITATIVE job. Chip is a Executive Vice President, an IR person and a comittee member of OPCOM (Operation Commitee). What I am saying is that he is committed on so many position (very quantitative), now I am waiting for him to prove that he brings some quality on what he has done. EXSO, like you say does have to do something to get thing really turn around. Chip mentioned once that after first quarter earning report of 98, some news, hopefully will be released. The reason, he said to maximize the impact of the news. What news? I am expecting to see some new multi-million contracts that he has talked about! The big question now is IS HE TELLING THE TRUTH???!!! ... I BELIEVE HE IS! TO ALL: KAA is the man of the game, that's how I have to put it! I know him from last year and he has strong intelligence and knowledge on the game he is in ... IF he said something is going to happen, 70-90% chance it will happen!:)<g> ... He definetely will be a great asset on this thread. Let's hope he will finally get in! <lol><g> BUT though about the moving on June and July, IMHO, things will start to look good after the 1st quarter earning being released which I expect be released in the period of end of April till May 15!
