Thanks Bosco,

Actually I dont consider myself a dissenter or a critic, and I never intentionally trash an investment I am considering owning or actually own.

I am just trying to make sure 2+2 = 4 before I invest again... and I have been in and out of EXSO for about the past 2 years, and have followed them closely, the whole time... and they have done some things in this time span that both encourages me and discourages me...
But they really do need to get a firm grip if they are going to turn this around.

I have a little experience in NASD/NASDAC practices and I will tell you for a fact that they give a MINIMAL 30 day "grace" period to get into compliance before delistings. (usually 60 to 90 days) Now EXSO fumbled the ball here and all the excuses in the world wont change that fact. The MMs knew the delisting were happening so they ran the price up and dumped over a period of 3 weeks.... so why didnt EXSO?

The Debts are another problem if this is requiring so much of their time, maybe just maybe they have too much debt, and should address the problems before the point where they reach a crisis level.

Agreed former management left a big mess to be cleaned up, and will gve them credit for trying to do this, but on the other hand there are other options. (Not Bankruptcy). I do know Corporate creditors don't just wake up one morning and say "lets call in the loan or the collaterial" in fact most of the time they go out of their way to avoid doing this... if the company will try to co-operate or negotiate.
So some of those EXSO explainations have raised doubts in my mind. They cant keep claiming something is someone else fault or they forgot... that explanation just doesnt fly when a company is a public company...

Now I am I being negative? or realistic? Management is the key here, and they need to vastly improve on their performance. (will they? I cant answer that) This is one reason I am judging them hard before I jump back in.

Sure EXSO has a future, theres no doubt about it.... the question is just how bright of a future do they have, and if I want to support them again. Meanwhile I will continue to ask questions, read what other shareholders are thinking and make my own mind up, objectively (I HOPE LOL)

But the charts on EXSO do look good, and even if I choose not to get back into this, I hope some of you that already are in this will hold fast because around June or July you shoukld start having better results on you investment... IF THE CHARTS ARE RIGHT
