The company, World Wide Web Casino (WWWC) and Binky Roo Software (BRS)
have
signed a licence and operation agreement for Internet gaming on a world
wide basis.
The company has been actively involved with communication networks which
provide a vital link for the transfer of information required to interface
with virtual gaming operations, and intends to develop its business by
taking an active role in supplying communication interfaces with worldwide
virtual gaming.
The agreement includes a non-exclusive licence to use the software of a
casino game CD-ROM that can be played on a PC in a Windows format for
demonstration which include blackjack, craps, roulette, three slots
program. The company also has the right to sublicence any of the licences
under the term of the agreement.
WWWC is a casino entertainment company holding a controlling interest in,
through a wholly owned subsidiary, the St James Club Casino, on the
Caribbean island of Antigua. WWWC has spent several million dollars over
two years developing a 3-D virtual reality casino and plans to operate a
worldwide Internet Casino from Antigua. WWWC's state of the art leading
edge technology will be used to entertain the Internet gaming market, which
has been estimated to be a market in excess of US$20 billion by the year
2000.

REALITY CHECK FOR ALL YOU NAIVE INVESTORS!! WWWC IS FINANCIALLY BANKRUPT!! PETER MICHAELS IS A CROOK!! HE HAS SQUANDERED 16 MILLION DOLLARS OF PRIVATE INVESTORS MONEY IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS! WWWC NO LONGER OWNS THE ST. JAMES CLUB CASINO!! THIS WAS LOST 6 MONTHS AGO DUE TO A LICENSING AGREEMENT DISPUTE!! WWWC OWES CURRENT STAFF (REMAINING STAFF, THAT IS!) PAYROLL FOR 3 PAY PERIODS!! PETER DEMOS HAS NOT BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR OVER 4 MONTHS, AND IS OWED PAYROLL $$ LIKE EVERY OTHER EX-EMPLOYEE!! WWWC HAS MULTIPLE JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THEM FROM THE LABOR BOARD AND NUMEROUS JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THEM FROM VENDORS AS WELL. THEY OWE THE I.R.S. IN EXCESS OF ONE MILLION DOLLARS!! DUE DILIGENCE, FOLKS!! ON HIS HOME AND LEASING AT LEAST 10 VEHICLES UNDER THE COMPANY'S NAME MORE IMPORTANT THAN USING THE INVESTORS $$ FOR DEVELOPING THE SOFTWARE. HE HAS LICENSED THE SOFTWARE IN SOUTH AFRICA TO HIMSELF...DO YOU HEAR ME?! HIMSELF!!! I HAVE A LOT MORE TO TELL ANYBODY WHO IS INTERESTED...FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THEIR BLINDERS ON (HARB), DONT RESPOND....BUT THOSE WHO SEEK THE TRUTH SHALL FIND ANSWERS!!
