Why does Osicom even care what you have to say? The mear fact that Osicom is even persuing you says something about the company.

Craig,

You have not always stuck with what people would consider well reasoned opinions. For example when you stated emphatically the simple words that Osicom was a scam. You also now are being quoted in widely distributed magazines. I think you are more of a threat to the stock proce than you want to everyone to think.

I've also outlined a shorting strategy involving companies who have financed with convertible shares. If you get enough negativity out there to get the proce down to the point where the shares covert and thus dilute the company a profit can be made. So there is a justification why they should want to defend themsleves if they felt this was the case. And that defense would include anyone who may partcipate in driving down the price. Even the small voices on the internet yelling SCAM.

Remember that a similar case involving another stock and a poster on the AOL boards was litigated in favor of the company. The message poster suffered penalties and was proven guilty of slander. So there is some case history here, Osicom is the only company to have ever done this. And they won't be the first to do so succesfully.
