It seems to have been pretty close in Dec and Jan. I have been getting that sinking feeling with regard to the DOW level, but when I checked your IW board this past weekend it was still showing low risk. Since I've just stared to use AIM, I'm nearly fully invested and have been waiting for a change in risk level before properly balancing my cash levels. Looks like now may be time. --Dennis--
