>>nothing can compete with this stock and real estate bubble right now.<<

mike and all, last week i inquired on a fisbo home that was place on the market in mid march. the owner said it was in escrow. well, it fell out. the owner now wants $25k more b/c of changing "market conditions" then he quoted a bunch of listing pricing. i told him "no thank you" and didn't waste my time informing him of current sales prices $25k below his ask.

$25k in a couple weeks. i hope he can't sell it the greedy sob. :-)

anyway, i put a bid in on a home 4% under ask. the house went up for sale on tuesday. i'm seriously afraid they won't even counter offer b/c it will be in escrow with a higher bidder already. i'm positive the sellers won't budge on the ask. i just live on the edge by actually bidding.

another home was in escrow within 2 days.

chasing real estate is like chasing yahoo. $0.08 and it's worth $120 my ars. i may just move to another city for the second time b/c real estate is too expensive. i won't be feeling bad when these idiots go bankrupt, that's for sure.
