I'm not sure. On Wednesday I placed 2 sell (all or none) orders for PRWT when it was listed @ .006 bid. Both (first for 90K, second for 20K) sat until they had a buyer @ .007 (below ask) and then transacted the buy & sell immediately. My asumption (know how that goes) is that the MM is basically holding nothing and just collecting the transaction difference -- possibly expecting on their own that there is no news and the whole thing was pure PD! My position -- I still hold 20K just in case the whole thing is real.
