Hey gang...Just sent a letter to NASD concerning the MM'S of Famh. We'll see what happens. I'll probably hear from them in August. Jane...I can't see how we can ascertain the short position in Famh. Who would have this information and why would they tell us ? I'd bet anything there is a huge "naked" short position. Somebody correct me, but, if we move to Nasdaq, they'll never have to cover. New shares will be issued and old shares will be retired.
