Elroy,

I called QC customer service and learned that they are still "testing the phones". Right now, the plan is to ship by the end of the June (and that timeframe wasn't firm, leaving me with impression that July was more realistic) to certain Bell Atlantic Mobile Markets.

But I thought the dual mode Q phone wasn't going to be widely available until QCOM's Q3 (not calendar Q3), per the last conference call. The dual-mode Q phone launch was delayed once; maybe AirTouch had information that reflected the original timeline in terms of order of rollout?
