Dave, I am trying to get more information on the CUBE/Matsushita partnership. There is a CUBE/Matsushita agreement attached to CUBE's March 21, 1995 SEC filing, but I cannot find it on EDGAR.

It is possible that this is just a foundry agreement with Matsushita. Matsushita is known for doing foundry work for other companies. Often foundry agreements let the foundry keep some of the chips for sale or use by the foundry company......
