OT -- I think you may have it backwards. I sell the winners and keep the losers --if the fundamental conditions have not changed, that is.

If I think a stock has peaked, it is time to get out. I think TLC is a fair value now, but I also think will probably continue up. I would not bet against it. I think it is attracting the momentum players and that TLC has the possibility of some very favorable earnings surprises. If no surprises coming I would not want to own 'em at this price.

I just bailed out of ZOMX (a winner), and am loading up on TIMT (a loser) for example. Here is a cute story which I recently heard and I have mentioned in other places.

I fabulously wealthy investor was asked how he became so wealthy. He said "I sold too soon".
