There are roughly 50 million shares out and 20 million in the float.

The company also owns six athletic clubs in Northern California doing about $4.5 million in sales with $250,000 in cash flow.

They are supposed to release 4 movies this year and are making seven. As far as projections it is hard to say but you can call the Chairman @ (650) 340-1074.

If they are actually mid production on several films it would stand to reason their stock would be worth more then 13 cents. Come on now, some things way off base here. Cannon Pictures had their problems and was involved in SEC investigations. This may hang heavy with investors. Then again 13 cents is crazy. There going to make some money on these films. The people making the films have proved they can make sellable movies. I am tempted to invest at 13 cents a share on the "it can't get any worse theory".
