PA, I have a little more information (facts not speculation) about the short selling. DCI has located an individual (a CC shareholder) whom over the last 9 trading days has violated SEC laws by illegally selling short over 700,000 shares. DCI has hired the firm named Hunton and Williams, whom have a reputation of being aggressive in dealing with these issues to handle this situation and they are already working on this. I was also told that this individual will have to cover his/her illegal short. (G) One last thing and I have been responsible for perpetuating this inaccuracy on more than one occassion myself. Our problem is not with all of the CC shareholders, just a few "bad apples", so as such it is unfair to speak negatively about them as a group. I now understand that there are a number of CC shareholders that have been holding their shares per the restrictions. For myself I apologize to any CC shareholder that might have read any of my notes and taken offense that didn't deserve it. And to the person that asked the question about whether the rest of someones shares would be forfeited due to the illegal shorting of their shares, we do no have an answer at present but that possibility is being looked into.

James

From DCI News letter, sorry about formatting, OCR is not 100% yet.
I have tried to review numbers but there still might be an OCR error I did not find.
