I have a little more information (facts not speculation) about the short selling. DCI has located an individual (a CC shareholder) whom over the last 9 trading days has violated SEC laws by illegally selling short over 700,000 shares. DCI has hired the firm named Hunton and Williams, whom have a reputation of being aggressive in dealing with these issues to handle this situation and they are already working on this

As per SEC rules, shouldn't DCTC make an official PR about the probable lawsuit against a shareholder? Isn't it sort of wrong (or illegal) to give info to, let us say, only those who call the company, but not to all the shareholders through a press release?

Don't tell me that if I'd call I'd get the same info. I am not questioning that. I am only questioning the selective release of info (and, hopefully abandoned for now, the pre-releases of the press releases) that seems to be a rule at DCI Telecom....

When you go against somebody allegedly violating SEC rules, better be clean yourself.

Better be clean yourself anyway...

Musya.

James,
Thanks for such wonderful news. Before I read your post I was on the phone with Joe and we were discussing this exact issue. There were 2 Canadian firms responsible for the selling and both have been offically notified about their activities. No further information is available at this time. Great information.

Thanks for the info, James. It always helps to put a little meat on the rumor bones. I'm glad to know that we're talking about a few individuals rather than a conspiracy.

James & Bruce,

Great news! For awhile I thought the only recourse we might have is for us (or Joe) to take out contracts on one or more select individuals. This is still something we might want to consider for DAMIEN ... I wonder if there are any options other than holy water because that doesn't seem to be working (unless Bigelow keeps missing).

James,

Bravo on the agressive action. It's good to know it's just a few dark, avaricious clowns causing this particular DAMIEN effect. I'm sure they're all related to the little weasel.

It never ceases to amaze me how people with such obvious intelligence
in the financial markets will do something so precariously illegal that will hurt so many other people. They have no values and all they see is their own personal gain of money. Lost spirits indeed.

Onward,

George
