nice story, Bob, thanks for all the diligence.

Lets hope this thing will work out very soon and add some value to us miserable shareholders...

Bob, excellent- I know there will be some whining about this development but it makes perfect sense - imagine getting a good chunk of $$ plus technical expertise plus the marketing clout of a well recognized strategic partner and the credibility needed to get the big players to buy PTSC products - G

>>>Apparently, the company recognizing it is a very small company competing with the major players felt that they were now in the position to seek out a large recognizable partner to be able to fully maximize ptsc's potential. <<<

There was an article back around March or April of 1996
in Netguide daily online where the Woodster said he would consider outright selling the company (then again maybe it was the ShBoom technology and not the company as a whole.....) Unfortunately I printed the article
out but never saved it on my hard drive. I lost the article and
was never able to find it in Netguide's (or CMP's) archives again....
I feel like I took a photo of a UFO but forgot to take the lense cover off the camera! Does anyone have the article?

Bob, who is the investment banker?
