It is good to see another agree with my bankruptcy case for the Zit.
A merger with MD will have to be done with new investors with money.
This is why I believe a merger with MD will casue massive dillution
for current Zitel shareholders. Something like 10-15 % will be what
old Zitel shares will be worth to new Zitel shares, in others a reverse split.
