Alan, PigBoy

I am obviously not going to enter into any speculative discussion here. There are only several facts which have to be considered: Four VP's have now left Brocade that had significant experience in High Tech in about one year. That is an entire rotation of the management team in that time period. No significant OEM's have been announced on the switching space by Brocade or ANCR in that time period.

I have said it before, there are not enough OEM deals to be had, and the channel development needs to be solution based. Even if these switch vendors get to the "Holy Grail" of $500 per port the high volume players need ot get their environments ready for Fabrics, which is not a trivial matter.

I wish Brocade alot of success they, I have a large stake in the company and I need for it to do well. Their execution to date is narrowly focused on high end switches and that's a tough business.
