Brad,
I, basically, discount the after hour trades as MM positioning. But with all the great things about to materialize with Famh , the street and the price are telling me something different. Something is amiss.

Was 1m trade of yesterday ever confirmed as official/unofficial?

Brad,

In your estimate, you estimate 3 million for selling off ATXI.
ATXI has 1.5 million shares, that gives a fair value of $2.00
a share for ATXI, which implies 50 cents a share for FAMH at
4 to 1.

One other thing that confuses me, at the time of the share
buyback (2/25/98) announcement there were 40 million shares of
FAMH. Suppose 4 Million were bought back, leaves 36 million
shares..and now there are 45 million shares. An increase of
9 million shares, which should reduce the EPS.

what am I missing??

thanks
