The Band Council is meeting to review the news release on Monday. I've heard from the company that the head of the Gun Lake Band was sufficiently spooked by the warning from the BIA of a possible work slowdown (because of excessive shareholder phone calls) that he has chosen to submit the upcoming news release from Sungold to a review by the band council on Monday. Apparently the chief and the council want to be sure that the news release does not engender disruptive shareholder communications with the BIA. The Band has been working on their application for nation to nation status for many years, and it is understandable that their priority at this stage is to maintain a good relationship with the BIA. Their decision to review the news release is a pre-emptive and cautious attempt to avoid potential problems. (This information was received by the company late on Thursday, and I am reporting it as I understood it.) Sir Robert - I would love to believe that the company is now listed on the electronic system. I don't know definitively whether it is or not. I know that my RT data feed was giving EOD electronic quotes up until March 25, and then it stopped, and today it has started again. I notice that the EOD quote still does not give B/A or volume. Perhaps the pink sheet EOD info. is now being distributed more efficiently on electronic systems such as Star Quote. I have heard that the company is hoping to be on the electronic system by the end of this month, and perhaps it is already, but I am not yet convinced of it.
