Thanks John:

I might have jumped the gun a little, but the information appearing on my screen next to SGGNF has never been there before....
It could be that they are disseminating their end of day data in a more informative format....

Anyway...heres hoping...

Sir Robert

John,

Thankyou for the information posted. I am curious as to what your thoughts are re: reading between the lines. If you prefer please respond via e-mail.

I am assuming that we will not have a release on Monday.

I hope all share holders have abided by the numerous request to limit your inquiries of the BIA. We all thank you.

Regards

Patience please, more Band members need to be consulted.

The Band members are peripatetic and difficult to assemble. KH informed me today that that not all the council members were available to make a decision, but those that were present are reluctant to endorse the release of any information that might jeopardize their BIA application. Consequently they have chosen to await the input of other Band members. The Band seems to have chosen a policy at this stage that the less said the better - at least so far as the BIA application is concerned. Of course, company shareholders may have different priorities. In any case, these differences are part of the nature of this business, and something we have to live with. At the end of the day, it is more important that the BIA application proceeds efficiently than that shareholders receive a news release by a certain date. KH assured me that the company is endeavouring to obtain the Band members' permission and release the news as soon as possible.
