Good volume day with a high of $3.25, low of $2.25, something cooking?
Perhaps the band is beginning to play!

From Carter's News Letter April 15, 1998. This was posted without permission:

Well, Kim Hart must be one frustrated guy, along with the rest of the management of Sungold. At 7:30 am MDT, yesterday, I spoke with Kim and he stated categorically that a news release would be out sometime during the day. Alas, it was not to be. I am now in the dark just as much as anyone else. If you need to vent your frustrations, please call Kim at (604) 222-3155.

John,

You stated,

<< KH informed me today that not all the council members were available to make a decision, but those that were present are reluctant to endorse the release of any information that might
jeopardize their BIA application. Consequently they have chosen to await the input of other Band members.>>

'They are reluctant to endorse the release of any information that might jeopardize their BIA application.'

Are we to assume from this statement that they therefore disaggree with the contents of the news release? It would certainly be the perception. Furthermore if the company has information that is material to the share price and company development they must release it. But possibly on the pink sheets this requirement is not enforced.

My patience is becoming increasingly challenged.
